Before regular supports begin, we take the time to understand you, your goals, preferences, support needs and what matters to you. Our onboarding and planning process helps ensure your supports are personalised, purposeful and well structured from the beginning.
We build skills no dependence
Our approach is focused on building capacity wherever possible. We support, teach and encourage people to develop their skills and confidence, gradually stepping back when appropriate as greater independence develops.
One consistent point of contact.
Every participant has a key contact who helps keep supports organised, consistent and responsive.
Choice & Control remain with you.
Your supports should reflect your life, your preferences and your goals. We provide a diverse team of Support Workers and work with you to find the right fit, while respecting your choices about how, when and by whom your supports are delivered
A genuine team approach.
With your consent, we can work alongside the people who are important to your journey, including family, carers, schools, employers and allied health professionals. This can also include our sister service, The Connection Boutique, where appropriate, helping create a more connected approach to support.

Quality support starts with Support Workers who are given the opportunity to continually learn and develop. Through ongoing guidance, professional development and opportunities to build their knowledge and skills, we support our team to grow in their roles and provide high quality, consistent support that reflects the individual needs of the people they support.
